Exhibitor Fees and Details
The DoubleTrees’s fee of $35 (per day) provides for one table (6 ft. long by 30 in. wide), linen and 2 chairs. Requests and payment for additional tables or electricity must be made with this contract and approved prior to arrival. On-site requests for electricity cannot be honored. Make checks payable to CFAITC and submit with Exhibitor Proposal form.
